Felicity holds a PhD in natural product synthesis from the ANU and has worked as a research scientist at Singapore’s Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences. Felicity joined the TGA as a Pharmaceutical Chemist and has 16 years’ experience in the regulation of prescription medicines; including quality assessment and market authorisation for new generic medicines and variations.
Felicity has led teams responsible for: application management, international work-sharing and reliance, external evaluator procurement, industry engagement, Public Assessment Reports, expert advisory committees and performance measurement and process reform.
Since August 2021, Felicity has been a Director of the Australian Government supported Regulatory Strengthening Program which delivers technical assistance to 22 countries in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
